& Management
In addition to orchestrating the rehearsal, cermony & reception, this package includes:
- Two personalized consultations appointments 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day to discuss all
aspects, details and your expectations for the day.
- Unlimited hours of on-site coordination on the day of
your wedding. We are there from start to
finish.
- Up to 5 hours of planning assistance
- Vendor and
site contracts reviewed and confirmed 1-2 weeks prior
- Create a personal checklist for the "week of", so nothing
is forgotten
- Unlimited vendor recommendations the month prior to your wedding
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Advice on last minute details and concerns
- Development of detailed time line and distribution of time line to
bridal party, family and vendors
- Walk-through of sites to finalize event flow and setup
- Access to my complete emergency

- Coordinate and assist with site decoration, setup, layout
- This includes proper placement of special touches
(guest book, favors, chair covers, etc.)
- Coordinate and assist with rental setup and return
- Vendor Coordination
and management (We make sure all contracts are fulfilled to your
standards)
- Management and seamless resolution
of potential problems as they arise
- Serve as a personal assistant to the bride and groom
- Serve as the emergency
contact and go-to person for family, guests and vendors so you don't
have to focus on anything but relaxing
and enjoying your special day
- Coordination of flowers on wedding day
- Ensuring all wedding day activities are
on time and flow
- Distribution of payments and tips to vendors
- Assist with ceremony seating arrangements

Greet late arriving guests and help them find their place
- Assisting the photographer in gathering the bridal party
and family for the necessary pictures
- Ensuring the photographer is getting the photos you desire
- Assisting with
transportation of items from ceremony to reception
- Assist with personal belongings (gifts, guest book, cake top, etc.)

- Assist with final touches of Bridal Suite in local destination (if desired) including
flower petals,
champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries.
